For CPAs, attorneys, and business brokers.
Owners in our five industries.
Owners who are not ready yet can start with Vetted.
A sale on the horizon.
The owner is thinking about selling, now or in a few years, and the business is not ready.
The business depends on the owner.
It cannot run, or be sold, without them in it every day.
Growth.
The owner wants to grow and buying a competitor is one of the options.
Capital.
Debt, working capital, or a refinance, including anything a bank has declined.
Ownership transition.
Succession, a partner buyout, or retirement.
Something has to change.
They know the current path is not working and have not named the problem yet.

- You keep the client relationship. Accounting, tax, legal, and insurance work that comes up goes back to you, if the client agrees.
- Nothing about your client goes to a buyer, investor, or lender without their written approval.
- For brokers: we do not run business sales or take a fee on one. When an owner is ready to list, we recommend they list with you.
- We pay referral fees under a written agreement. You can have the fee credited to your client’s bill instead. Fees are disclosed to the client where law or professional rules require it.
